I have been photographing weddings for around 30 years, during which time I have developed my own style which includes a mix of Traditional and Reportage images. It's often the candid pictures that become the most memorable. I aim to produce an album that tells the story of your day and includes as much of the atmosphere and fun as possible. The finished album will contain 150-200 prints, and should provide a lasting memory of your wedding day.
I include an engagement portrait sitting which offers a chance to get to know each other and give you the opportunity to experience having my camera pointed at you. This enables us to get used to each other and makes us less like strangers before the wedding day. These pictures can be taken at a location of your choice or down by the sea close to where I live. I prefer to take the pictures in a natural outdoor setting if possible.
I spend time with the bride and groom discussing their day and planning out the photographs, as its my job to produce your photographs with no disruption to your day. I'm well aware that photographers can spoil a wedding day by taking too long over the photography and not being sensitive to the bride, groom, and guests. I feel its my job to produce the pictures with as little impact on the day as possible, and this is what I'm confident I can do for you.
My work is based mainly in the London area, Hampshire and Berkshire, but saying that, I am happy to travel anywhere for a wedding. Recently I have been commissioned for weddings in Switzerland, Cyprus and even as far away as India. Locations such as these clearly involve some additional costs.
I will always visit you to discuss your wedding in person, as every wedding day is different. I can be flexible when it comes to the time I spend with you, usually that's from before you leave home up to the first dance.
If you are interested in the service I have to offer, then give me a call on 02392 468626, send me an e-mail or fill in my contact form and we can arrange to meet up. Its a good idea to book well ahead of time as brides often book up to a year in advance.
